Making a Booking

Please read very carefully the conditions as set out hereunder before signing the Booking Form.

Once your booking has been made, and the booking deposit payment received (N.B. for bookings within 8 weeks of departure full payment is required) we issue a confirmation invoice, which forms the basis of the contract between us. If you have any queries you must contact us immediately.

We cannot accept bookings from parties comprised entirely of young single people aged under 25 years for insurance reasons. 

Payment by you

A 30% payment must be made on booking and the balance of the holiday cost must be paid not less than 8 weeks before you travel. We do not send out reminders and you are responsible for making payment by the date shown on your invoice. We reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you and impose cancellation charges if we do not receive full payment by the required date.

Force Majeure

Unless specifically stated we cannot accept liability or pay compensation where your holiday is prevented or affected by 'force majeure.' In these conditions 'force majeure' means any event which we or the supplier of a service could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war, threat of war, riot, civil strife. terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather, fire or similar events outside of our control.

Damage Deposits

  1. Your damage deposit may be withheld in whole or in part if an item of the contents of the property or the property itself is damaged.
  2. It may be withheld if there is excessive cleaning of the property after the client has departed. Clients are expected to leave the property in reasonable order.

Our Responsibilities to you

  1. Our responsibilities to our clients only extend to our property and its rental. We do not consider ourselves responsible for any facility mentioned in our advertising other than our property. We also do not take responsibility for any other aspect of your stay in Spain.
  2. We undertake to provide the property fully equipped for use, including linen but not beach towels, and that a before and after maid service is included.

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your holiday you should notify us in writing as early as possible. We recommend using Recorded Delivery. Cancellation charges as detailed below will apply from the date of receipt of your letter. We strongly advise all our clients to take travel insurance which covers cancellation in extenuating circumstances.

If you cancel your holiday and give us 8 weeks notice we will refund 70%. After that period we will refund 70% only if we can secure a replacement booking.
